About Me

Hi, my name is Natalie. I’m a 23 year old Canadian, and I lived in Nova Scotia for the last 12+ years. I’ve always been one to work on my own side projects and go against the norm, but one thing I wanted from a young age was my own home.

I first came across the idea of tiny houses when I was in high school, and I started researching and saving to build one of my own. I began my tiny house build in the spring of 2015, and I finished the exterior in the summer of 2017. Then, I sold the tiny house shell (fully completed exterior, bare studs on the interior) and decided to travel the world instead!

So far, I’ve learned that I can make a place feel like home wherever I go, and I’m grateful that I got to build a tiny house, learn all the skills and lessons that came with that, and then use the money from the sale to travel!
